Lifetime Warranty
Your product is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and to perform under normal domestic conditions for the lifetime of the product.
This means that, if your product fails as a result of manufacturing defects under normal use while you remain the product’s original owner, we will:
(a) replace your product or any part of the product needing replacement; or
(b) where a replacement is not available, provide an equivalent product or part of the product of comparable function; or
(c) where an equivalent is not available, provide an e-voucher to the relevant value.
Simply keep your proof of purchase (if you have a paper receipt, we recommend you keep a photo of it for your records) to submit to us should you require assistance in the future.

What is covered ?
We warrant to the original purchaser that our products will be free from manufacturing defects.
If your product meets the requirements, please send it to us for assessment along with your proof of purchase. You are required to pay for postage to send the item to us. Postage is non-refundable.
If, following assessment, your claim is approved, it will incur a processing fee of $0.00 per item. We will contact you to advise of this outcome and to arrange for payment of this fee in order to finalise the claim.
Please note, we do not return any products sent to us for assessment, regardless of the outcome of the assessment. These items will be recycled responsibly.
What is not covered ?
Our guarantee does not cover reasonable wear or tear through normal use, or the misuse, abuse or alteration of products. Only authorised Tupperware products are covered.
Q Warranty
The Q Warranty is a 12 month warranty, relating to these products (or part products) only:
The products (or part products) are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for up to 1 year after purchase only, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
They are not covered when damage is the result of improper care such as rusting blades. Please note, if your item has both covered and not covered types of damage, it will be covered by this warranty.
The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products covered by the Q Warranty.
G Warranty
The G Warranty is a 1 month warranty, relating to these products (or part products) only:
- Labels
- Silicone Range
- Blades
- Utensils
- Soup On-The-Go
- Bags
- Flasks
- Microfiber Towels
These products (or part products) are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products covered by the G Warranty.
Please note our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
