Your product is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and to perform under normal domestic conditions for the lifetime of the product. This means that, if your product fails as a result of manufacturing defects under normal use while you remain the product’s original owner, we will:

  1. replace your product or any part of the product needing replacement; or
  2. where a replacement is not available, provide an equivalent product or part of the product of comparable function; or
  3. where an equivalent is not available, provide an e-voucher to the relevant value.

Simply keep your proof of purchase (if you have a paper receipt, we recommend you keep a photo of it for your records) to submit to us should you require assistance in the future.

  • All approved claims incur a processing fee of $3.95 GST inc.
  • All fees must be paid to finalise the claim.
  • We request that all products returned are clean and dry.
  • Tupperware will not return products or parts submitted for claims, and will recycle all returned item(s) responsibly.
